Why does Canada let so many Filipino immigrants into the country when many Filipinos are racists?

The largest group of immigrants coming into Canada are Filipinos but many of them are racists. Filipinos always call a Chinese person “intsik” which is equivalent to a Caucasian person calling a Chinese person “chink.” Not only against Chinese people, Filipinos are also racist against Korean and Japanese people. Filipinos never refer to an Oriental person by his or her proper name but always refer to the person by his or her ethnicity in a derogatory sense. In 1998 there was a nation-wide pogrom in Indonesia which resulted in the genocide of over 1,000 ethnic Chinese residents. If you are unfamiliar with this part of history, just google it. The Indonesian gangs had raped, beat, tortured, and murdered over 1,000 people of Chinese descent. Indonesia and the Philippines are neighbouring countries and both Indonesians and Filipinos are racist to one degree or another. They aren't even good workers. Their first initiative is not do anything, their second initiative is to slow down, and their third initiative is to goof around. They never try to work up to the fastest worker but always work down to the slowest worker. All Filipinos should get deported from Canada.
